May I bring outside food into Mellow & Play Café?
No outside food is allowed inside Mellow & Play Café EXCEPT for those renting our party room. Mellow & Play Café offers food and beverages which include options for those with dietary restrictions and sensitivities. We strive to provide healthier snack options and are always open to suggestions! |

Are socks required?
Yes. ALL guests (including parents/caregivers) entering our play area are required to remove their shoes and have socks on their feet. If forgotten, we do have socks in all sizes available for purchase.
Is there a charge for parents or caregivers?
Of course not! Parents and caregivers are always FREE!
Can adults use the play area?
ADULT USE IS LIMITED! Assistance on the jump castles may be given to smaller children.
Who needs to complete a waiver?
All guests are required to sign a waiver as per our insurance company policy. Members of the same family may be included on the same waiver. For faster check in time you may complete the waiver in advance.
What else is important to know about Mellow & Play Cafe?
Please ensure you have enough adults to monitor children in the play area. We ask this especially for parties. We may offer "babysitting" services in the future, if the need arises.
Is there an age limit for kids?
We welcome children from infant to 8 years old. We strive to cater to younger children and it is important to us that children have a chance to safely play. For the safety of your kids, we do not allow teenagers and adults to play on any of the jumps, slides, and obstacle courses. You are welcome to assist kids 4 years-old and younger in the play areas, but you may not bounce or play.
How long are kids allowed to play in the play area?
As long as they would like! There is no limit to the amount of time children play. If during this time a family leaves the premises of Mellow & Play Cafe, a re-entry fee will be required. Un-used time is forfeited at the time of exit and does not carry forward to subsequent visits.
Do children need to be supervised by parents in the play area?
Yes. Parents/caregivers are required to watch their children at all times.
Are there group discount rates?
Yes, groups with 8 or more children will receive a special group rate. Contact us or visit our Play Area page for more information.
Do you sanitize the play area?
Absolutely!!! We use Signet Neutral Disinfectant Solution which meets the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen standard for decontamination of blood and bodily fluids and is bactericidal, virucidal, and fungicidal. It also kills odor-causing bacteria and potentially dangerous microorganisms. |

What type of beans do you use?
We source our beans from a local micro roaster who offers fresh, organic, high quality and sustainabily grown beans. The beans are roasted using a creative, locally roasted process to bring the passion for great coffee to life in every cup.
What brands of syrups do you use?
Most of our syrups are home made with the freshest, organically grow ingredients. No artificial sweeteners in these flavorful syrups!
